Digital purchases are final
Because Enchanted X is a digital product, purchases are final once software access has been delivered or activated. Please confirm that your system meets the listed requirements before purchasing.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Weekly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund or prorate the current billing period. Access remains available through the end of the paid period.
Exceptions
We may review refund requests involving duplicate charges or a verified failure to deliver access. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.
